General Maintenance Technician

Job Description

• Perform routine maintenance tasks based on skillset and experience

• Support maintenance team with repairs and facility upkeep

• Assist other trades and technicians on projects requiring additional manpower

• Help troubleshoot and resolve basic maintenance issues

Skills and Requirements

• General maintenance experience in a commercial or industrial environment

• Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks independently

• Willingness to assist multiple skilled trades as needed

Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment • EPA Universal Certification

• Prior door maintenance experience

Basic HVAC experience
