Community Event Support Volunteer
Ready Rochester
Help Ready Rochester plan, promote, and support local preparedness trainings, workshops, and community events.
This role includes helping with event planning, registration, attendee check-in, reminder emails, volunteer coordination, setup, follow-up, and basic logistics. Events may include CPR trainings, preparedness workshops, and community resource events.
This is a great fit for someone who is organized, dependable, comfortable communicating with community members, and interested in helping local residents feel more prepared and connected.
Helpful skills: Event planning, organization, customer service, volunteer coordination, Google Docs/Sheets, community engagement.
