Occupational Therapist - Home Health

This role involves providing direct patient care within a home environment, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and instruction of patients and families. The occupational therapist collaborates with physicians and healthcare practitioners to ensure integrated care, re-evaluates patient progress, and adapts treatment plans to maximize benefits.
