The practice maintains a collaborative staffing model with 1 MD, 1 FNP, and 4 nurses/medical assistants providing quality pediatric care. The facility serves both outpatient clinic patients and provides nursery coverage with an average of one baby born per day. About the Clinician's Workday The clinician will provide comprehensive pediatric care from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, managing 20 patients daily in the office with an average of one hospital admission per day. The position requires call coverage one night per week and one weekend per month, shared with a pediatrician, NP, and FM MD. Required attendance at C-sections when requested by OB provider is necessary, with no ICU or critical care duties required. The clinician will utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and perform procedures including onsite lab work, circumcisions, ear irrigation, minor suturing, and POC testing for strep, flu, and RSV.
