Senior Credit Product Underwriter, Commercial Lending

Job Summary Join us as a Credit Product Underwriter IV – Commercial. Responsibilities The majority of your time will be spent managing and developing a team of underwriters conducting the complex credit analysis to finance multiple business endeavors including investment real estate, owner‑occupied real estate, working capital, equipment, LBOs/acquisitions, healthcare‑related opportunities, as well as credits augmented with an SBA guarantee. Your day will consist of credit conversations, decisioning loans within authority, managing workflow, and communication with Relationship Managers. You will work efficiently to decide loan requests while mitigating risk. You will prepare very complex commitment reports for critical client accounts in the multi‑state markets supported by the lending center. You will have client‑facing responsibilities, providing consultation to deliver the best possible integrated solution to the client. You will interact with the Credit Risk Managers, Credit Concurrence Officers, and Line of Business Leadership to lead loan presentations and provide additional information to support conclusions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of credit analysis/credit products underwriting and/or “business line” experience; or 20+ years of equivalent work‑related experience.
