Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner | Thornton, CO

Location: Thornton, Colorado Status: Full-Time Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, seven days a week Compensation: $60–$80 per hour, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities Benefits: Full benefits package available Position Summary NextCare is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team in Thornton, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, variety, and meaningful community impact while working in a fast-paced, well-supported urgent care environment. Full-time clinicians typically work three 12-hour shifts per week, allowing them to be off more days than they work. Monthly schedules are released in advance, and there are no after-hours charting or follow-up responsibilities. You will be supported by experienced clinical teams, strong peer relationships, clear practice guidelines, and accessible medical leadership who are available for real-time guidance and support.
