Your Role:

As a Service Advisor , you will be the bridge between our customers and the service department . Your primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service , ensure accurate vehicle diagnostics , and offer clear communication regarding repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

✔️ Greet customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
✔️ Listen to vehicle concerns and accurately document service needs.
✔️ Provide repair recommendations and cost estimates.
✔️ Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
✔️ Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
✔️ Maintain records of all service transactions.
✔️ Promote dealership services and maintenance programs.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Previous experience as a Service Advisor (preferred).
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills.
✅ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Basic knowledge of automotive repairs and services .
✅ Proficiency with computer systems and service software.
✅ A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
