Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist who is fueled by a passion for patient care. Description of Responsibilities

• Execute various ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during examinations, clearly explaining each procedure with empathy
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and promptly report any issues
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records within the electronic health record system
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or an allied field
• Preferably completed a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program

Certifications Required

• Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
• BLS certification preferred
