Overview

Family Medicine – OB Optional (0.6–1.0FTE). Join a clinic renowned for its exceptional team environment undergoing growth and generational change in West Duluth, MN. Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.

Schedule

A zero‑call model is in place for all after‑hours call (excluding OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call). Anticipated work schedule: Monday–Friday, 36 patient contact hours. Flexible shifts: 7:15AM–5:00PM (Mon–Fri) and 8:00AM–12:00PM (Sat).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care during scheduled 36 contact hours per week (Mon‑Fri 7:15AM–5:00PM; Sat 8:00AM–12:00PM)
• Document visits using EPIC electronic medical records
• Utilize DAX AI Digital X‑Ray for rapid results
• Participate in a zero‑call model to maintain work‑life balance
• Collaborate with a team of 12 physicians, 6 advanced practice clinicians, and support staff

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice

Compensation & FTE

$308,000/year. Eligible for additional compensation through bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based incentives. Flexible starting FTE: 0.6–1.0.
