Position Details:
Certified Wound Care Nurse-Clinic- Fort Defiance AZ
Location : Fort Defiance AZ 86504
Project Duration : 13 weeks
Pay range : $56-$60/hr, based on experience W2 with limited benefits
Shift : Days M-F 8-5 no holidays or weekends

Job Description:
Ability to assess, plan and implement care to patients with ostomies, draining wounds, fistulas, pressure ulcers, acute and/or chronic wounds by providing comprehensive care and teaching to patients and their families/significant others regarding the evaluation, selection, and recommendation of supplies and equipment in order to provide optimal wound and ostomy care.


Requirements:

• Mandatory Wound Care Certification With Minimum 3-Years Experience **
• American Heart Association BLS, ACLS (preferred)
• Wound Care Certification
