Foster a respectful, inclusive, and Christ-centered classroom environment. Integrate Catholic values and teachings into instruction, classroom routines, and community life. Assess, record, and communicate student progress effectively with parents and guardians. Collaborate with fellow teachers, instructional specialists, and administration to support student learning. Participate in school Masses, liturgies, service projects, and community events. Engage in professional development and contribute positively to the school’s mission and spirit. Requirements Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong classroom management rooted in respect, consistency, and compassion. Ability to design differentiated instruction that meets the needs of diverse learners. Commitment to ongoing professional and spiritual growth. Effective communication and interpersonal collaboration with parents, colleagues, and students. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (required). Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate (or in process of obtaining). Safe Environment certification through the Archdiocese of Omaha (required before start date). Experience in elementary or early childhood instruction preferred. Familiarity with Catholic faith formation, including preparation for Sacraments, is a plus.
