Maintenance Technician

Job Title

Pay $22.00 to $25.00 an hour: or The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

1st shift: 6am to 2:30pm - Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs requiring conveyor, mechanical, plumbing, instrumentation, and other equipment, systems or structures
• Ensures repairs and maintenance to all equipment and facilities
• Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary
• Knowledge of landscaping, cutting of hedges, trimming of bushes and picking up trash
• Basic knowledge of electrical
• Basic knowledge of plumbing
• Basic Carpentry skills
• Basic drywall repair and painting of walls

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific environments (if applicable), including work history if available.
• A valid State Driver's License is required.
• Basic knowledge of proper use of power tools, hand tools.
• Recognize various hardware parts and methods of repair for related tasks.
• Must possess organizational skills.
• Must be able to perform unsupervised.
• Customer Service Experience
• 2 to 3 years of similar work experience
