Job Title: Sales Associate

Location: Austin, TX

Reports to: Sales Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated Sales Associate to help drive growth by prospecting and setting appointments for the sales team. This is an entry-level, client-facing role where you'll gain hands-on experience in business development and build the foundation for a long-term career in sales.

What You'll Do:

Research and identify new business opportunities.
Visit and call businesses to set qualified first-time appointments.
Keep accurate records in Salesforce (contacts, activities, opportunities).
Support sales reps with prep materials and appointment details.
Represent the company professionally in the field.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and outgoing personality.
Grit, resilience, and a hunter mentality - comfortable meeting 25-35 businesses a day.
Tech-savvy (Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM tools like Salesforce).
Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
