$12 - $15 hourly

What you’ll do:

• Manage and coordinate client appointments
• Communicate with clients and agents
• Maintain CRM records
• Support daily office operations and follow-up tasks

What you bring (must-haves):

• Organized, detail-oriented, team player
• Licensed agents (or pursuing a real estate license) welcome; transaction experience preferred

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with CRMs, MLS, and transaction management platforms

What success looks like at 6 months:

• Smooth closings, reduced errors/delays, positive agent feedback
• Consistent appointment quotas met, conversion rates improving, and predictable income
