Physical Therapist

Position Overview:

• Full-time, part-time or PRN Physical Therapist opportunity in quaint and charming Willmar, MN.
• Director of Rehab eligible position for those that are interested
• This is a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting

• Pay rate: $40 - $58/hr. - DOE and number of hours worked
• Option of $15,000 sign-on bonus - OR - student loan assistance or a combination

Physical Therapist Job Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat patients
• Complete documentation
• Plan, market and develop new programs
• Communicate with patients, patients' families and physicians and staff
• Present in-services to fellow staff therapists
• Assist in the general operation of the department

Physical Therapist Job Requirements:

• Bachelors (B.A., B.S. ), Master's degree (M.A., M.S. ) or Doctorate (DPT) in Physical Therapy
• Graduate of a certified physical therapy program
• Possess or be eligible for state licensure
