Impact You’ll Make- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-driven machines and automated production systems
- Edit and diagnose ladder logic and function blocks (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or equivalent)
- Deliver end-to-end electro-mechanical maintenance on plant equipment
- Use PLCs as your go-to tool for pinpointing failures
- Maintain, rebuild, and calibrate complex hydraulic systems
- Contribute to work on industrial furnaces/ovens with internal combustion systems (preferred)
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to drive uptime
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic
- Champion safety standards and maintenance procedures
- Experience as a PLC Technician, Maintenance Technician, or Industrial Electrician
- REQUIRED: strong PLC troubleshooting and editing capability
- Multi-craft skillset spanning mechanical and electrical maintenance
- Hands-on work with sophisticated hydraulic systems
- Willing and able to support any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Excellent diagnostic judgment and problem-solving
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Exposure to industrial furnaces, ovens, and combustion equipment
- Familiarity with Allen‑Bradley, Siemens, or similar PLC platforms
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or heavy industry
- Know-how with motors, drives, sensors, and control systems
- Competitive pay up to $35/hr+

- Extrusion equipment

- Servo motors
