Job Title Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Location Omak, WA | Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days Key Responsibilities
- Deliver physical therapy treatments to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising PT
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Washington
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Familiarity with geriatric rehabilitation and restorative care programs
- Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery in a supportive SNF environment
- Gain valuable contract experience with a defined 13-week placement and a day shift schedule
