This role partners closely with Recruiters to build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, relationship management, and database utilization, while also supporting team development and administrative needs. Job Responsibilities Source leads within region using web search and industry resources. Establishes and maintains credibility through initial interactions with candidates. Keeps an updated target list of active openings to source candidates. Uses and handles all available candidate resources including internet inquiries, internal referrals, and the Salesforce database. Develops new sourcing strategies. Helps with day-to-day administrative duties. Key Skills Candidate sourcing and lead generation Relationship building and candidate engagement Attention to detail and data accuracy Customer service mindset Time management and organization Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Qualifications Education & Years of Experience High School Diploma/GED plus 5-7 years of work experience in sales, recruiting or customer service capacity Experience using CRM or applicant tracking systems, including Salesforce or similar platforms Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment. Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Pay Rate $18.25 - $22.75 Hourly Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.
