Hospice Clinical Director

Clinical Director Hospice & Palliative Care Palatine, IL Full-Time | Exempt Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year (based on hospice leadership experience) Hospice Leadership | Compliance | IDG Oversight | Documentation Integrity Lead the Clinical Standard Our Hospice & Palliative Care is a clinician‑led organization built around regulatory excellence, structured documentation, and interdisciplinary accountability. We are seeking an experienced hospice nursing leader to serve as Clinical Director - the senior clinical authority overseeing hospice operations. This is primarily an office‑based leadership role focused on compliance, audits, staff supervision, and clinical oversight, with occasional field involvement for admissions or complex case review. Position Summary The Clinical Director provides executive oversight of hospice clinical services and ensures compliance with Medicare Conditions of Participation and state regulations. This role protects documentation integrity, eligibility standards, interdisciplinary coordination, and overall quality assurance across the program. The ideal candidate is structured, decisive, and confident in holding teams accountable while building a strong, professional nursing culture.
