About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Controlling to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading financial reporting processes, as well as the forecasting processes in alignment with business strategies. This role involves direct reporting to the CFO, managing a team of financial controllers and analysts, and ensuring the financial performance is monitored, supervised, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Head of Controlling will also be involved in the integration of ERP systems and must have a background in an industrial organization. Applicants for the Head of Controlling position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field, with at least 8 years' of experience in controlling and leading teams. A background in an industrial environment is essential, and experience in optimizing financial data is required. The role demands fluency in English and Spanish, and experience in ERP implementation is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with a proven track record in a similar role, and be ready to take on a new challenge in a fast-growing company.
