We're looking for upbeat, positive, hardworking members to join our team at Firehouse Subs. Hiring shift leaders starting at $13.00 per hour. We need great leaders that can carry out closing and/or opening shifts, guiding our team members to success while adhering to our company standards.

Reports to: General Manager

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact, a great guest experience.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Execute quality store operations
• Accountable for the preparation of the guest's order.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Team player.
• Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as cashier or cleaning, per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader.
• Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $13.00 to $15.00/hour
