Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) Ability to use a 10-key calculator Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Spread softgels evenly onto trays for drying Load and organize trays into drying tunnels Supply tray paper, empty trays, and materials to machine operators Assist with machine changeovers and basic equipment support Monitor production and report quality issues or equipment irregularities Maintain supplies such as mineral oil and cleaning materials Clean equipment, tools, and production areas Support operators with temperature checks and quality inspections Follow SOPs, GMP standards, and safety procedures Assist in training new employees as needed Why This Role?
