SRX Home Care, LLC, operating under the Happier At Home brand, is currently looking for compassionate and dependable Beginner In-home Caregivers to join our team in Northeast Iowa and the surrounding areas. As a Beginner In-home Caregiver, you will assist seniors and individuals in maintaining their independence and comfort by providing support with daily activities. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity to start a rewarding career in caregiving while making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will work under the guidance of experienced staff to ensure that clients receive respectful and personalized care tailored to their needs.

• Assist clients with basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean living environment.
• Provide companionship and support social engagement.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in the client’s condition to supervisors.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of caregiving experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass background check and saliva drug test.
