If you have led people and owned outcomes, we will teach you how to lead a crawlspace repair company Overview: The General Manager (GM) will serve as the primary driver of business growth and market expansion for is a foundation repair contractor serving the Greater Nashville market. This role is responsible for leading the front half of the business, with a strong emphasis on business development, sales growth, marketing execution, pricing strategy, and overall market leadership. The General Manager will work in close partnership with the Operations Manager, who oversees production, installations, and day-to-day operational execution. While the GM holds overall accountability for business performance, this role is not focused on managing daily install operations, but rather on building the systems, team, and momentum required to grow revenue, market share, and long-term enterprise value. This position is ideal for a highly motivated, growth-oriented leader who thrives in competitive markets and is energized by building relationships, leading people, and scaling a service-based business. Previous home services or construction experience would be helpful but is not required. We’re looking for leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to execute. What You’ll Own: Build and lead the local team across field, sales, office, and customer service roles. Own market growth through business development, lead generation, pricing, marketing, and customer acquisition. Drive P&L and KPI performance across revenue, margin, unit economics, and operational targets. Create disciplined execution by setting standards, holding the team accountable, and running consistent operating rhythms. Align growth with operations by partnering with the Operations Manager and ownership team. Oversee scalable systems for hiring, onboarding, office management, meetings, and customer issue resolution.
