With locations in Monett, Aurora, and Granby, Missouri, ASI is expanding and growing for business and the local community! Job Summary This position has a Production 3 job tier rating. Schedule Monday-Friday: 5AM-2:30PM Saturday: 5AM-10AM (As needed) All shifts are subject to change based on workload and season. We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to quality and safety. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines to produce parts and components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines. Ensure that all parts meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production processes. Document production activities and maintain accurate records. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. Proficiency in operating CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, drilling). Strong mechanical/mathematical aptitude and problem‑solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of G‑code and CNC programming. Familiarity with quality control procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and organizational skills.
