Job TitleThe duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.The duties may include, but are not limited to:Provides technical engineering support during planning, design, and construction; contributes to plans, specs, estimates, and electrical system analysisHelps resolve construction issues, coordinates with designers/contractors, and ensures work meets specs, safety standards, documentation, and compliance.Serves as project manager on many major construction initiatives.Assist in the development of SOWs, reviews bids and proposals, supports FCA projects, stays current on engineering practices, and ensures EPA/state/local compliance.Assists senior staff managing in-house and A-E designed construction projects, serving as EPM/COR for facility construction, repairs, and electrical work.Participates in project planning, offering technical input on feasibility, scope, cost, schedules, instrumentation, and resource optimization.Reviews shop drawings, cost proposals, pay requests; researches technical problems; recommends solutions; conducts site visits and progress meetings.
