Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets
• Perform carpet cleaning and stain removal as needed
• Clean and maintain furniture and upholstery (desks, chairs, and office seating)
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust furniture, equipment, and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and tissue products
• Follow proper safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Report maintenance issues or supply needs to supervisors
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and staff

Qualifications:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Must be bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
• Ability to perform hard manual labor in a physically demanding environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive a company van safely and responsibly
• Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Full-time and part-time positions available
• May include evenings, nights, and/or weekends based on client needs
• Work involves physically demanding, hands-on labor in commercial and industrial environments
