Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator - The Grand at Broomfield The Memory Care Life Enrichment Coordinator plans and coordinates a variety of activities to provide a vibrant and engaging life for our Memory Care residents. Duties and Responsibilities Determines and plans daily and weekly life‑enriching activities that meet residents’ social, physical, emotional, and psychological needs, while maintaining open communication with families. Is responsible for planning and managing activities and events that encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and see the value and benefit our community can offer them. Qualifications 2+ years of activity programming experience. 1+ years of leadership experience, in senior living preferred. A love for seniors! Highly organized and great time management skills Energetic, engaging, and caring personality Ability to connect with people Preferred experience with LifeLoop, including creating calendars and flyers.
