On-Site Coordinator - 1st Shift

On-Site Coordinator Location: Roseville, CA Shift: 1st Shift, with some weekends Pay: $21-23/hr. Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient, high-energy 1st Shift On-Site Coordinator who excels when the stakes are high. This isn't a standard 9-to-5 role; we need a warrior who can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced warehouse environment, pivot instantly when priorities shift, and resolve workplace conflicts with professional poise. Key Responsibilities & Adaptability Clerical & Administrative Tasks: Handle and managing payroll, data entry, and any other clerical duties and tasks while meeting deadlines. You will also be responsible for obtaining signatures for payroll and speaking with clients directly. Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes. You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards. Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs. Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour. Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at least 3x daily to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escal ate. Monitor time clock usage for attendance and payroll. Strategic Communication: Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts. Requirements & Qualifications The "Flex" Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots. Warehouse Veteran: At least 1 year of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Knowledge of GMPs is a plus. Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is highly preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce. Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with Novatime or Timerack to support payroll. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
