Schedule

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations).

Pay Summary

W2 Employee Option (Living in the Community)

• Base Compensation: $250/hr.
• Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly).
• Annualized: Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses.
• Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years).

Qualifications:

• Years of Experience: FM/IM with extensive emergency medicine experience (at least 3 years with 250 case logs within the past year).
• Education: ABEM certification preferred.
• Licenses: Eligible for a North Dakota Medical License.
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS required.
• Personality Factors: Compassionate, adaptable, and skilled in handling diverse medical conditions.
• Systems Used: Meditech EHR.
• Ideal Candidate Features: Proficiency in emergency procedures, including resuscitations and airway management.
