$250,000–$350,000+ | Full-Time or Part-Time | Concierge Primary Care
Are you a Family Medicine Physician who wants more time with patients, fewer administrative headaches, and excellent earning potential? We are a well-established, physician-owned concierge primary care practice in McMurray, PA (20 miles S of Pittsburgh) seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our growing team.
Our membership-based practice does not participate with insurance, allowing our physicians to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional, personalized patient care. You'll typically see just 10–15 patients per day, with more time for each visit and the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term patient relationships.
Even better, you won't be starting from scratch. We currently have a waiting list of 300+ prospective patients, providing an excellent opportunity to quickly develop a thriving concierge patient panel.
What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive primary care for a broad range of acute and chronic conditions
• See approximately 10–15 patients per day
• Perform physicals, follow-ups and acute/sick visits
• Manage medications, prescription refills, patient calls and messages
• Develop long-term relationships with patients and families
• Provide pediatric care when comfortable; pediatric experience is preferred
• Collaborate with and provide clinical oversight to NPs and PAs
• Have the opportunity to assume greater clinical and leadership responsibility as the practice grows

What We're Looking For

• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Pennsylvania medical license or ability to obtain
• Ideally prefer some clinical experience
• Physician who values personalized care, accessibility and continuity
• Interest in building a loyal concierge patient panel

Compensation & Benefits

• $250,000–$350,000+ annual earning potential
