Position Summary We’re hiring qualified elite coaches to deliver an exceptional workout experience to members and guests. The OTF Fitness Coach champions a positive member experience that is supportive, informative, and life‑changing. Responsibilities Leading and motivating members through pre‑defined workouts Helping members set and achieve goals Ensuring members use correct form and offering corrections Understanding the science behind our workouts, specifically heart‑rate‑focused training programs, and staying aware of industry trends Demonstrating proper use of all workout equipment Being a team player Qualifications AED/CPR certification – required At least 1 year of experience as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness, such as: National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) American Council on Exercise (ACE) American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Aerobics & Fitness Association of America (AFAA) National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF) International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA – special provisions apply) Job Details Job Type: Variable Hour Employee – Part‑time & Full‑time hours available Hours per week: 20‑40, 25 or more preferred Compensation: Hourly rate of $10.00 for administrative time, including meetings, continuing education, and community outreach. For classes coached, pay ranges from $25 to $55 per class, based on tenure and attendance.
