Growing together.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Design, build, and operate secure cloud platform services and software that meet business requirementsDemonstrate experience with the full development life cycle for large-scale software products, including extensive knowledge of service-oriented architectures, design patterns, data, and web servicesCollaborate and communicate effectively with other engineers and offshore/global teamsUnderstand product, project, and consumer priorities and follow Agile methodologies to deliver features within the specified timelineIndependently perform coding and unit testing, and assist/mentor team members as needed, including conducting code reviewsAdhere to code quality standards, development best practices, and deliver defect-free codePartner with the business and enterprise architecture team to understand requirements and design/develop end-to-end solutionsPractice agile solution delivery and influence teams towards engineering best practices, such as DevOps, CI/CD, and everything-as-codeUnderstand performance parameters, debug, fix application performance issues, and address/resolve operations tickets within guided SLAsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or IT related field6+ years of experience in large-scale distributed system development, including hands-on operational experience6+ years of experience in applying object-oriented principles and recommended design patterns to create robust and scalable system designs6+ years of hands-on experience with Java/J2EE (preferably Java 17 and above), Spring Boot, REST Web Services4+ years of experience working with Microservices and Event-driven architecture like Kafka3+ years of experience/knowledge on Docker/Kubernetes3+ years of expertise with Junit or any other test framework2+ years of experience in automation of CI/CD and source control systems such as Git2+ years of experience working with Postgres SQL or any other similar Database2+ years of experience with Cloud environments and architecture, preferably Azure2+ years of engineering experience in building infrastructure using code (Terraform) and repeatable designsPreferred Qualifications:1+ years of AI experience, working on developing AI/LLM models and leading AI teams in pastExperience with ReactJSExpertise with JUnit, TestNG, or any other test framework. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment.
