The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and a passion for helping others. As an HR Specialist at Shine Bright Care, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting our employees’ growth and development. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment and onboarding processes Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation programs Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Conduct performance reviews and support employee development initiatives Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Highly organized Excellent word‑processing skills Ability to adapt to changes quickly Advanced level computer proficiency Ability to maintain strict confidentiality Excellent creativity and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently; exercises mature professional judgment Knowledge of Medicaid Confidentiality, Privacy and Security laws, and regulations High degree of accuracy in writing and editing skills; spelling, grammar, and proofing Ability to create and merge documents, create graphs, pivot tables, fliers, and charts Proficient with Microsoft Office Software; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher Ability to proficiently use and manage internet‑hosted database/client management system Ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience Required: Two years of college or the equivalent in training and work experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software.
