Job Summary: Wellsville Manor Care Center, a 120-bed short-term sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care facility, has an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join our team! As the RN Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our 40-bed unit, ensuring high-quality patient care, and leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities: Develop and implement patient care plans, assessments, and case management Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, and families to promote patient health and well-being Supervise and develop staff to ensure excellent patient care and outcomes Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and supplies inventory Identify and address patient service requirements, and maintain a safe and clean working environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance Manage budget and expenses while achieving financial objectives Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines Requirements: 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Advanced knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and regulations Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently BSN or ADN degree (n/a) Must be willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $40 - $45 Opportunity to join a dynamic and dedicated team Professional growth and development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Wellsville Manor
