We value dedicated professionals who take pride in their work and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, ensuring minimal disruption.Troubleshoot and repair equipment, appliances, and building systems to ensure optimal operation.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and services.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and hotel policies at all times.Assist in the planning and implementation of renovation and upgrade projects.Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary.Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or similar role in the hospitality or facilities management industry.Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects.Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC systems are preferred.Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and outside regular hours as needed.We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and development.
