Tax Staff Accountant

Perform tax compliance, return preparation, tax research, and tax planning duties Develop and improve technical and professional skills through ongoing feedback and continuous learning Gain hands-on experience and insights in closely held business, registered funds, alternative investments, and related areas Participate in firm-wide initiatives such as business development, recruitment, DEI, and community service Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting 1+ busy season of experience Minimum 3.0 GPA Pursuing required credit hours to sit for the CPA Exam Preferred: minors or second majors in Finance, Data Analytics, or Information Systems Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in tax compliance, return preparation, and tax planning, with a strong foundation in accounting principles and a commitment to continuous learning. Engages in business development and community service initiatives while pursuing CPA eligibility.
