Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and formulate individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions. \n
- Implement a range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to promote effective client outcomes. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and other relevant regulations, thereby safeguarding patient information. \n
- Collaborate closely with team members to develop integrated treatment plans that encompass a comprehensive care approach. \n
- Engage in regular case consultations to discuss patient progress, treatment efficacy, and to make necessary adjustments to treatment strategies. \n
- Educate patients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options available, and connect them to community resources for additional support. \n
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments to incorporate new evidence-based practices into care. \n
- Manage a full caseload of patients effectively, ensuring timely access to care and upholding professional ethical standards. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Possession of an active license to practice as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California. \n
