We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and knows how to keep a busy restaurant running smoothly. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts. Maintain excellent food quality, accuracy, and customer service. Ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time. Manage labor and staffing throughout the shift. Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily paperwork. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards. Train, coach, and motivate team members. Resolve customer concerns professionally. Assist management with inventory, truck orders, and daily operations. What We're Looking For Previous restaurant experience preferred. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure. Dependable, punctual, and willing to lead by example. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
