Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Carewell, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, resources, and overall well-being.
  • \n
  • Providing individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs.
  • \n
  • Implementing treatment interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care practices.
  • \n
  • Developing and executing personalized treatment plans, clearly outlining goals and therapeutic strategies in collaboration with the client.
  • \n
  • Working closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated client care.
  • \n
  • Offering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety plans when necessary.
  • \n
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accurate documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • \n
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducational programs, and support groups to promote community healing and support.

Your role will be integral in supporting a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults, from varying backgrounds and life experiences. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  • A minimum of two years of pertinent experience within a mental health or outpatient setting.

Preferred Experience\n
