Location: Blaine, MN Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Friday Job type: Temp-to-hire Wage: Level A Assembler: $22.53 – $28.14/hr. Level B Assembler: $18.75 – $24.59/hr.

Duties of the assembler:

• Assemble complex aerospace components using blueprints, bills of materials, hand tools, and precision equipment
• Inspect individual and team workmanship to ensure strict quality standards, working alongside engineers and source inspectors
• Complete component, electrical, and final assembly operations while utilizing sealants, solvents, and specialty tools
• Maintain an organized workspace following 5S, safety, and Lean manufacturing initiatives to eliminate production waste

Requirements of the assembler:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of aerospace assembly experience
• Intermediate knowledge of blueprints, engineering drawings, basic math, and unit conversions
• Experience using precision tools including micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, crimpers, and power tools
• Meet ITAR compliance requirements
