Managing the full lifecycle of Homeowners claims, the fully remote Desk Property Adjuster will investigate claims, determine coverage and damages, and provide timely communication to customers throughout the process. Key Responsibilities Applies extensive experience in claims handling, including fraud or subrogation cases, to achieve optimal outcomes Recognizes key components of residential construction and repair, ensuring accurate assessments of damages Demonstrates advanced understanding of insurance policies and effectively addresses complex customer needs Required Qualifications Proficiency in Xactimate for claims adjustment Strong foundation in claims handling, including experience with supplements and full claim ownership Experience in both field and desk settings preferred Strong organizational skills and proactive approach to customer service Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
