Marine Deckhands - Rotational - Up to $223/day - Seattle, WA Lindblad Expeditions is seeking Rotational Deckhands to join their shipboard team in Seattle, Washington. These marine professionals will maintain ship operations, operate Zodiacs for guest transport, and ensure safety while exploring remote and breathtaking destinations. The ideal candidates are passionate about the sea, possess strong seamanship, and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments. Perks & Benefits Competitive daily wage: $215 - $223 per day $50 guaranteed minimum in gratuities (tips above this are yours to keep) Rotational schedule: approximately 2 months on/1 month off Opportunity to work in remote and scenic locations Shared crew accommodations onboard What You’ll Need Minimum 25 GRT Master License, Upon Near Coastal Waters Valid Transportation Worker’s Identification Credential (TWIC) Valid US Passport or US Permanent Resident Card with valid passport STCW Basic Safety Training (BST) USCG Medical Certificate STCW Crowd Management (CM) STCW Vessel Personnel with Designated Security Duties (VPDSD) First Aid/CPR/AED certification Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a physically demanding, marine environment Consent to pre-employment and random drug testing, background check, and physical examination What Will Make You Stand Out Experience driving Zodiacs or similar small vessels using a tiller outboard motor Mechanical aptitude and interest Maritime/boating experience preferred Good customer service skills and professional demeanor Detail-oriented, able to follow through on tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and ability to handle multiple tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr Energy Job Shop
