• Your Body, Your Schedule: We respect your longevity in this industry. You have the total freedom to add a 15-minute buffer between your sessions to rest, stretch, and reset.

Compensation & Transparency Structure

We believe in full transparency. While other spas use unrealistic "clickbait" numbers, our posted full-time range is a real-world, honest reflection of what our dedicated team members take home.

• Guaranteed Base Rate: $25.00 per hands-on hour (W2 employee status with full payroll protections).
• Stackable Commissions: You earn extra on every single enhancement you perform (e.g., +$5 for Deep Tissue, +$3.30 for Aromatherapy). Our average therapist has a 36.6% upgrade rate, with top tiers exceeding 50%.
• Premium Gratuities: Our signature services are valued at $129.95. We actively encourage a 20% gratuity based on this full price (even for discounted members!), and our clients hit this 95%+ of the time.
• Same-Day Payouts: No waiting for your paycheck-your tips are available to you the very same day.
• True Time Protection: If you perform a 90-minute session, you are paid for a full 90 minutes. Plus, you are always paid for same day cancellations and no-shows .

Note: The listed full-time pay range is an average of base pay, stacked commissions, and tips based on a consistent schedule of 35 hands-on hours per week during peak demand.

• Provide customized, high-quality massages tailored to client needs.
• Build lasting client relationships to encourage consistent, routine care.
• Keep your dedicated therapy room and shared spaces clean, sanitized, and professional.
• Team up with our front desk staff for smooth, stress-free scheduling.

Qualifications

• Valid Virginia Massage Therapy License (Required).
• Professional liability insurance.
• Great communication and client-focused skills.
• Reliability and a supportive, team-oriented mindset.

Available Hours & Shift Windows

We are looking for a reliable therapist to cover a full-time schedule (35 hours/week) within our operating hours. Note: Our last appointments book a full hour before closing so you can leave on time!

• Monday - Saturday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Last appointment at 7:00 PM)
• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Last appointment at 5:00 PM)
