About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. Strong analytical skills, creativity, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Experience in international markets and proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Beiersdorf’s brands across digital, print, and in‑store channels. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to identify new opportunities and refine marketing approaches. Coordinate with product development teams to ensure marketing initiatives effectively support product launches and lifecycle management. Oversee the creation of marketing content, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials. Monitor and report on campaign performance, utilizing data analytics to inform future marketing strategies. Collaborate with sales teams to develop promotional strategies that boost sales performance and market penetration.
