Assembly Helper

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in coatings, sealants, and related materials, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Helper to join their team. As an Assembly Helper, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the assembly, packaging, and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Assembly Helper

Location: LAKE CHARLES, LA

Pay Range: $15

Shift: Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Assemble components, containers, and products according to specifications and work instructions
• Measure, mix, and package coatings, sealants, or related materials as required
• Operate basic production equipment such as conveyors, mixers, filling machines, and labeling systems
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Maintain clean and organized workstations in compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

What's Needed?

• Must have an active safety card
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation
