Position Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Redding, CA . This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve daily function, regain independence, and achieve meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will assist in implementing individualized treatment plans and provide patient-centered care that supports recovery and overall quality of life.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Previous SNF or post-acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient care skills
