Leads discovery and the VIRA capability assessment, captures requirements, defines personas and use cases (Claims-first, with initial Underwriting framing), and translates them into clear specifications, prompt requirements and acceptance criteria.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct stakeholder workshops with Claims, IT and business SMEs; inventory and document existing VIRA functionality and workflows.Map VIRA capabilities to the Casey architecture and identify gaps with the Architect.Define priority personas (e.g., adjusters, supervisors), document sets and success metrics/evaluation criteria.Author functional requirements, user stories, prompt requirements and UAT/acceptance criteria.Support UAT with Claims stakeholders, capture feedback and drive iterative refinement.Maintain requirements traceability and contribute to production-readiness documentation.Mandatory Skills5+ years as a Business Analyst in insurance (Claims and/or Underwriting domain expertise).Proven ability to translate business needs into measurable, testable requirements and specifications.Experience supporting AI/GenAI or RAG solutions; familiarity with prompt-based interactions.Strong elicitation, documentation and stakeholder-facing communication skills; Agile delivery experience.Exposure to Custom RAG solution delivery.Preferred / Additional SkillsWorking knowledge of ImageRight (Vertafore) and insurance document types (e.g., policies, declaration pages, claim files).Experience defining evaluation frameworks and “golden question” sets for LLM accuracy/traceability.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
