Accomplish the Tribes' objectives by negotiating, administering, reviewing, extending, and terminating contacts in accordance with applicable governmental laws and regulations, and the policies and procedures of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Analyze internal and external contractual guidelines and develop mechanisms and methodologies to facilitate administration of contracts. 

Build and foster effective working relationships with internal and external parties, must maintain confidentiality and be able to communicate effectively. Overtime and weekends may be required periodically, as well as occasional travel for trainings and conferences. Associates degree in accounting, Business or public administration, or related field. Five (5) years of office experience in contracting, procurement or related area. A combination of relevant education and related work experience may be considered. Possess a valid state drivers license and submit to a criminal background check with Federal, Tribal and State Law Enforcement.
