Come join a team that puts people first and success within reach. We are seeking reliable and hardworking production workers to assist with daily manufacturing operations. Candidates will be responsible for assembling, packaging, inspecting, and preparing products while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Key responsibilities include: Assemble and package products according to company standards. Operate basic production machinery and equipment. Inspect products for quality and report defects. Load, unload, and move materials as needed. Follow production schedules and work instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Meet daily production and quality goals. Perform other general production duties as assigned. Qualifications: Age 18+ Able to lift up to 50 lbs Strong physical stamina Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
